I'm not trying to hi-jack this thread. I've been following it and this seemed a good place to ask a question I've been trying to find an answer to. The previous poster mentioned wav files don't contain tags. If converting flac to wav on server side, instead of using the default setting which does decoding to wav inside the Touch, will replay gain still work? Or does conversion to wav at server mean replay gain info isn't being sent to Touch? Again, my apologies if this is the wrong place to be asking this.
