With TinySBS you may be able to get the full pathname and filename from the context menu for the affected tracks. Touch-and-hold on a track name to bring up the context menu, and scroll to see if there is info on the pathname and filename. It could be under "More".
Clear-and-rescan is different from a factory reset. Clear-and-rescan clears SBS's (or TinySBS's) database that contains all the metadata on your music library (album names, artist names, track names, genres, etc).
