Maybe you are experiencing the same misunderstanding as I had. There is an account username and password which allows you to see account information etc. over your pc. then there is also a service username and password that matches up with your device(in this case your Squeezbox). When you select the Sirius app and install to your Squeezebox/mysb.com you should use your service username and password. Use your account username and password to view your account information.
