You don't need to change anything in your Squeezebox Server, but you will need to do the basic setup of the Touch (set language, network information, etc). And yes, you can still use the Duet Controller. And unless you live in a one-room flat, I'm sure you can find a good new place for the Duet Receiver, even if it's only hooked up to a pair of inexpensive self-powered speakers.
