I always take the Audiophile comments with a grain of salt. With that said, I own 3 SBTs and have A/Bd the Soundcheck mods and I hear an improvement, so they are staying in my main rig. The improvement that I hear is like a 'veil lifted from the music'. Can't say I heard much of a difference with the power supply. >From an 'Audiophile' perspective, I disagree that the touch DAC is very good. I am using SET amps and Horns, as do my friends. We found that the Touch DAC was not in a league to be listened to seriously. On a highly resolving Audio System the internal DAC of the touch was really quite awful. The biggest single improvement for the SBT is getting a Quality DAC.
