My guess is that your Touch is registered to a different MySB account. When you log onto MySB.com > Players, are all your players listed including Touch? Does not need to say connected, just whether MySB has your Touch on your account.
Verify your MySB.com login credentials are correct within LMS, go to LMS > Settings > MySqueezeBox.com, is your correct login info there? Does it say "invalid" anywhere?
