Try leaving it without power for half an hour or more, then reconnect
power. 

Or try some of the 'Special IR Keys on Reboot for Factory Reset and
Last FW'
(http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.php/Special_IR_Keys_on_Reboot_for_Factory_Reset_and_Last_FW)
(look under SqueezeOS-based players).

If that doesn't help, and the unit is still under warranty, you should
probably contact Logitech support.
