sorry, only just seen your reply after rebooting everything including laptop. its shown up some anomolies, so i wonder if youd be able to explain them to me?
my laptop wasnt showing the server in the system tray. if i opened it, itd just stay in the left hand side of system tray where all the open progs such as firefox, word etc go, not on right hand side near clock. so i wasnt convinced it was open properly. and my songs werent playing either now. i rebooted laptop, LMS is now open on right hand side. 6 music is NOW PLAYING!!! yeeee ha :-) but i just want to tell you some differences to see if they mean anything to you. the touch is still showing all the same ip addresses. but..... when i open the LMS control panel, whereas before in diagnostics tab mysqueezebox.com ip address was 79.125.111.32, now its 46.137.90.12. also in the information tab, it showed LMS version etc and listed server ip as 127.0.0.1, now it shows 192.168.1.2 which matches the diagnostics tab. before they were different. does this mean anything to anyone? and is there any reason why my music would play fine, yet not the radio streams? surely its all the same ip connected to the same network? thanks a lot -- sadexpunk ------------------------------------------------------------------------ sadexpunk's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=53382 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=93904 _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
