The easiest thing to try first is go into LMS Status tab and do a "Clear library and rescan everything" but before you do, take note of how many Total Images it shows. After the rescan, see if the Total Images count has increased by the number of missing album art. If some are still missing, they're probably too large; have the same problem with foobar2000. In that case, you'll need an image editor to shrink the jpg down to size.
