I don't use a Touch, but I do use two Squeezebox Radios and a Squeezebox Classic. On the Classic, there's a menu item entitled mysqueezebox.com which switches the Squeezebox from LMS to the web service. LMS is still running throughout, and switching between the two sources is pretty easy.
