Thanks John for the detailed explanation. I will the steps to see if the
vol gain if the issue. Meanwhile, I tried Diana Krall 24/96 downloads,
they don't have the volume issue. The files with the volume issues are
the Chesky Binaural 24/96 downloads. May be because of binaural
recordings, they have a relatively low volume!
