Hi! I'm trying to help a friend with a Touch. During USB playback it won't skip to the next song in the Music folder. It just starts over on the same song. If we go through Artist or Album to start playing, skipping is no problem. I've tried Software update and Restore factory settings without any luck. Can anyone help?
