(1) Move player close to router and hard wire it to test connection from pc to router (2) If the player still re-buffers, replace cable from PC to router. It could have been damaged when installing new PC. (3) If the re-buffering stops then either hard wire or use home plugs to hard-wire through your powerlines.
I've had a lot of sucess with home plugs where wifi is poor.
