Just a few days ago I had a similar problem with a Radio that couldn't connect to my LMS, but from LMS I could play on this Radio. The problem appeared after booting the Radio, while other players that were on already had no problems at all.
I checked firewall settings and other things but found out that it was a LMS issue after starting Squeezeplay on my server machine, which also failed to connect. So I could solve the issue by simply stopping and restarting the LMS service (on Windows).
