After some trial-and-error, I have gotten my SBT to play my library drive's files using either my laptop or my fit-PC to run LMS--but only via my wireless network (the trials and errors involved getting a valid IP address into the SBT; I don't know why the SBT couldn't configure its network addressing automatically, and I don't understand exactly why most of the address data I manually entered wasn't correct, but eventually I hit upon address data that worked.
I'd love to be able to *dependably* get my SBT logged onto my network, and have it find the LMS that's running on my host PC. I also really want to have my SBT cabled to the host PC (via either Ethernet or USB) and route the music data that way, instead of through my wireless network.
