Thanks, folks. Interestingly, yesterday my SBT worked fine - my wife played music on the PC and didn't think to ask if LMS was running. Obviously, it was.
Over Christmas, LMS had to be started manually every time. Odd. I agree that probably it's only the system tray icon that isn't running at start up but am still unable to understand why sometimes LMS seems to be running (because we can browse PC folders) and others not (SB cannot find PC).
