Occasionally after a period of inactivity my Touch seems to go into a
suspended state, blank display, not connected to any LMS server that can
wake it, no response to anything I try on the remote or the touch
screen. I have to physically disconnect it from the power then plug the
power in again in order to reset it. Is this a hardware fault? It's
relatively new so still under warranty. Or is there something else I can
try to wake it?
