The Diagnostics Tab I was referring to is found on LMS on your computer. I used to run my Touch w the HDD directly attached but switched to a network as it was more flexible /less problematic. On the Touch itself w Tiny LMS I am not sure what you will get. I would check in the menu for Advanced and also Settings you will likely find a Diagnostics listed there.
