Rebooted PC - exactly the same in LMS. I also deleted a couple of folders in a folder that is listed in LMS as the Playlists Folder (I don't use playlists) and it is STILL showing that folder and its contents after a scan even though they no longer exist!
BUT - it gets stranger: the Touch itself is now working and showing the full album list (I was just looking at one artist) per the My Music folder (whereas LMS only shows part of the contents of that folder).
