Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't recall SBT being able to do 5GHz. 

For my case, I need to use Wifi, but the location of my SBT and the
capability of the SBT's built in Wifi wasn't as good as I wanted, so I
ended up connecting it wired to a wireless ethernet bridge (First a
2.4Ghz TP-Link 743 which was a cheap router that could be configured as
a bridge, and now a TP-Link TL-WA890EA).  I'm streaming even 192/24
rather smoothly and instantaneously now.
