Am experimenting with flac for the first time. Have set up EDO, new kernal etc. 24/96 files stream well and sound sweet through toslink to Denon amp with inbuilt DAC. When I try 24/192 streaming from NAS the SBT rebuffers every 5 seconds, the 5 seconds of music sounds great though! Have tried the files on USB stick but SBT reports that the file format is incompatible. Anyone know if there is a bit-rate limit with EDO when playing from the USB port, or is it a limitation of the USB? thanks in advance :cool:
