Whenever you install the App on a new device or uninstall/reinstall it you need to re-register. It's essentially because Apple disallows tracking users (a good idea), in this case it means a device can not be permanently identified.
Also, iPeng - other than Logitech's App - doesn't force you to register because users who don't use MySB don't want that. You can register on MySB by tapping the "i" behind "MySuqeezebox.com" in the list of players and music sources. > > I've re booted my modem etc, and for a brief moment I tnought I'd sorted > it when my apps all appeared again. > > That was short lived as they've all disappeared again! Huh? That's weird. Could you send me a diagnostics mail from within the App? Just tap the mail link under "Help". Also... You don't run a local LMS server, don't you? Because if you do, you don't need to connect to MySB but to the server. In this case the problem might rather lie on the side of the integration between the server and MySB or you might not be able to find the server. --- learn more about iPeng, the iPhone and iPad remote for the Squeezebox and Logitech UE Smart Radio as well as iPeng Party, the free Party-App, at penguinlovesmusic.com *New: iPeng 8, the Universal App for iOS 7 and iOS 8* ------------------------------------------------------------------------ pippin's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=13777 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=103198 _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list Touch@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
