Yes. Whenever you install the App on a new device or uninstall/reinstall
it you need to re-register.
It's essentially because Apple disallows tracking users (a good idea),
in this case it means a device can not be permanently identified.

Also, iPeng - other than Logitech's App - doesn't force you to register
because users who don't use MySB don't want that.

You can register on MySB by tapping the "i" behind "MySuqeezebox.com" in
the list of players and music sources.

Huh? That's weird.

Could you send me a diagnostics mail from within the App? Just tap the
mail link under "Help".
Also... You don't run a local LMS server, don't you? Because if you do,
you don't need to connect to MySB but to the server. In this case the
problem might rather lie on the side of the integration between the
server and MySB or you might not be able to find the server.
