Apologies for a question I'm sure has been addressed.

I have just set up one of my two boxed "back.up" Touches. It replaces a
Duet Receiver. A Transporter remains the primary player in my main
listening area. The Touch is the music player in my modest home theatre
set up.

Love the Touch! Set up very easy compared to Duet or even Transporter. I
even imagine the sound is appreciably better than the Receiver, although
on the material I'm currently playing (vintage Nat Cole) I'm quite sure
the notional quality improvement is all in my head.

In any evvent, my question.

Is there any way to have the display turn off? I am unlikely to use the
touch screen often, as I'll be using remote control, an android app or a
Controller, so the bright Touch screen is an annoyance. Be great if the
display could be off.by default, turning on when touched.

Or if it would fade out over a few seconds after starting, unless
touched.
