I haven't tried updating to 7.9 yet, but will do soon - however, I do find that device so nice to use via the iPeng app on the iPhone.
Actually I know you mentioned 7.9 Beta, but did I read somewhere that there's special software that allows me to directly connect the SBT to the Arcam irDAC via USB? Wouldn't that be a better choice?
