Same issue for me, but that is with *Triode's spotify-plugin*. Not the official one. If I add tracks to existing playlist it is correctly synched to my Squeezebox. But if add or delete -playlists -it is not synched. BTW, another problem to quickly squeeze in. My LMS keeps asking me to reboot because of an update to the SmartMix plugin. But I can reboot and reboot, it never stops... A quick search tells mew that this is now a "dead" plugin. So I'm thinking I should uninstall it.
