Yes, that is the one. Interestingly the download that I have been using included one additional file, REPO.XML, so I downloaded the 1.9.2 version (which is what I had been using as far as I know) and have tried to install it. Same outcome, the DENON plugin files and folders disappear after the second required restart. Between the first and second restarts the plugin can be accessed to change settings and works.
