If it does get fixed then it is because of re-installation of LMS (e.g.depends on firewall set up perhaps LMS was a trusted application and has been dis-allowed to access internet) If the problem is with the firewall - logging will show up the problem. Either way firewall logging will probably show whether the firewall is the problem or not and a way to eliminate a possible cause of the problem.
