If it worked before and not now - something has changed.

Code changes between 7.9.1 and 7.9.2 will not fix this problem.  If it
does get fixed then it is because of re-installation of LMS 
(e.g.depends on firewall set up perhaps LMS was a trusted application
and has been dis-allowed to access internet)

If the problem is with the firewall - logging will show up the problem. 
Either way firewall logging will probably show whether the firewall is
the problem or not and a way to eliminate a possible cause of the
problem. Changing LMS is not way to solve a problem just hide it until
it shows again next time,
