Thanks. No I haven't changed anything on my end. Cant really say if the
neighbors got anything new hooked up.
Its physically impossible to hook my touch directly into my router. I
can connect it via ethernet to one of my Orbing satellites. Do yo think
I'll have better results ?

Yea the Oppo Sabre DAC is excellent.
