I read through the thread and wondered if it's as simple as the touch being connected to TinyLMS (or LMS, but it's not clear if that is running anywhere?)? "My favorites are missing" is often a connection to the wrong server
on the touch: settings->advanced->networking->switch to mysqueezebox.com.
