I'm ready to find a new ISP. My local guys seem unable to keep me
connected, keep data moving across my connection, keep email coming to my
mailbox, etc etc. At least once a week they have a fairly major problem
that will take "just a few hours" to get fixed. Does anyone have any
experience with an ISP that they've been genuinely happy with? I've had my
fill of occasional adequacy and near-competency from several different
local providers. Dealing with far northern California, if that makes a
difference.
