Hello Helge, I would like to contribute some small fixes to the existing translations but the documentation [1] seems to be written for people with write access to the repository. What is the preferred way to send fixes instead of new translations? A bug report, a merge request on salsa, or something else?
I could do some new translations but it's not clear if some are more useful than others. The DDTSS [2] has a feature that allows the translator to fetch a specific translation or automatically get the one with the highest priority calculated using popcon [3], so that translations more useful for people can be done early. Other distributions than Debian may have different priorities, but adding a popcon index or something similar to the tables in [4] would be useful for people that can't commit a lot of time to the project. > Also if you know any further active Itialian translation lists, please > forward this e-mail or let me know their address, so I can approach > those lists as well. you could write to debian-l10n-italian at lists.debian.org [1] https://salsa.debian.org/manpages-l10n-team/manpages-l10n/-/blob/a3526d6431d240f54f8d4b10d1f702149153739f/CONTRIBUTING.md [2] https://ddtp.debian.org/ddtss/ [3] https://popcon.debian.org/ [4] https://manpages-l10n-team.pages.debian.net/manpages-l10n/untranslated-it.html -- Daniele Forsi -- principale: http://www.linux.it/tp/ ausiliaria: http://fly.cnuce.cnr.it/gnu/tp/ausiliaria.html
