On the cover sheet that goes out with every fax, I have a disclaimer which says that TPC.INT and my company (MenuConnection.com, which owns the cell) are not responsible for the content of the fax, only the content of that portion of the cover-page which we can control. I also list my E-Mail address so that anyone receiving junk faxes can send a request to have their fax-number removed from TPC access, as well as banning access from the E-Mail address which sent them the junk faxes.
That sort of thing should pretty much cover any legal issues, I would imagine.
If anyone can think of anything I've not anticipated - by all means please let me know.

This opens up an interesting question... are there any guidelines for the use of tpc?
If my website was to let registered users of the site send faxes via tpc to UK media sources (spoofed from their own e-mail address, so that the 25-a-month limit still applies), would this be against tpc rules?
