Which reminds me I've started to integrate this functionality in Trac 
core a few weeks ago,
which I think makes sense, as there's some code reuse and refactoring 
that could be done
at this occasion (also of course in relation with #454, "edit ticket 
comment").

But in the end, the changes began to look too big, so I've decided to 
not finish them and defer that to 0.11, after Genshi and Workflow merges.
