That package is basically identical to PySQLite 2.2.x AFAIK, and I  
think people will be surprised (in a bad way) to learn that they need  
to install PySQLite even though the functionality is bundled with  
Python 2.5.

I think this is a fairly low-risk change that we should've done much  
earlier... but better late than never :-P
