Hello, I've worked on the timeline API a few months ago, and didn't touch it until recently. But the fact that the RSS events for the changeset events were a bit too sparse (i.e. the title was containing only "Changeset [xyz]") was bugging me, so I reworked the API a bit further.
If anyone wants to give some comments, I'd welcome them and will try to integrate them before merging.
