Although in general I do mind censorship, experience has showed that a jaded
Ilias can demand reversal of any patch or whatever he contributed to a given
project.

So if he is truly declared persona non grata, that must include
tickets/comments/wiki changes, yes. It would be a bit hypocritical to ban him
from the lists, but leave him to work on contributing on t.e.o.
