99% of the time, warnings are yellow or orange [1]. Yellow stands out on
a page, making the warnings difficult to miss. Even the Ohloh notice you
pasted has a yellow warning symbol! I've toned it down to #ffa but
seriously, like I said, feel free to change it if you feel strongly
about it.
