[Trac-dev] Remove " - Trac" suffix in page titles?

How do people feel about fixing #3730 (Remove "- Trac" suffix from the HTML head title) by removing the appended " - Trac" part in the <title> tag of layout.html and header.cs?

The argument in favor is search engine pollution, as explained in duplicates #7162 and #6628: Please note that this is not about changing the title for specific sites (I know this can already be done), but about changing the default for Trac installs.
