Hi Joshua, I would suggest publishing your 0.11 version on the same page with the existing plugin (http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/CondFieldsPlugin), because that's what it is, a 0.11 version of a plugin allowing conditional fields. State that there are changes in configuration for this version, and it should be fine.
