I would especially recommend http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracSubversion#Troubleshooting Especially take a look at the section called 'Unsupported version control system "svn"' (http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracSubversion#unsupported-vcs) since that is exactly the error you're seeing.
