Yes they are sufficiently different that just testing Linux does not cut it
at all. Otherwise you could also cut Mac OS X from your total picture, since
it derives from FreeBSD + Mach.

And between the three there's also significant enough differences for
testing all three. If you need to pick only one then FreeBSD should most
likely be the one, given it is the one with the biggest market share of the
3 (4 if you count DragonFly BSD).
