We lied about that, as we already incorporated some bits of alien 
technology in 0.11 (hint: that other edgewall.org project...)

As for Alien *project management* technology, well, I guess it's like 
with any other: as advanced as it can be, it won't prevent you to 
deliver late, if at all. Witness that Earth invasion project, which 
seems to be stalled ...
