Hello,

There is a recommendation to clean up .pyc files before running tests
at http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracDev/UnitTests#Runningthetests
that literally says:

"If you've made larger changes, and especially if you've moved or
removed modules, please make sure you're running against the latest
code by removing all .pyc files before running the tests:

$ find . -name *.pyc | xargs rm
"

Is it still actual? IMO Python regenerates *.pyc files by itself
automaticall. Can anybody provide an example when it doesn't happen?
