I have been a Trac user for a while now, maintaining a reasonable sized installation and even maintaining some custom(ized) plugins for it, and I want to give back. I'm not a super-coder, but nonetheless I would very much like to contribute. Having looked at the proposal, generally I think it has everything in it, but I am really afraid that whatever will be worked on, will end up being too theoretical or too complex. That's why I hope this can turn into an effective working group, where actual things will be done. I hope we can perform incremental improvements, that can be designed, coded, tested and merged in trunk in short(er) periods of time.
