As you may know, we decided a while back to strive for more frequent
major "feature" releases. I initially wanted to get some ambitious items
done (new wiki engine, multiproject), but well, I obviously didn't make
it (yet). This shouldn't be an excuse to let the release slip, as we
nevertheless added many other good things during that time:

The status of trunk is quite stable those days, we're running the tip of
it on t.e.o since a while. So a 0.13beta1 version seems to be possible
anytime. We could at this occasion open the translations on trunk and
perhaps freeze the strings on 0.12.x.
Of course, if we produce major releases more often, this also means
we'll have to support more release lines at a time. So have no worries
for 0.12.x it will remain supported at least until 0.14 comes out.
