Note to fellow Trac-users/dev Google groups moderators: in the
management page "Review pending messages", the mails which are
out-of-topic should be removed one by one; in the form used for
individual message moderation, you have a checkbox "Send notification to
the author" which opens a textarea where you can paste the above message
(s/Trac-dev/Trac-users/ as appropriate). Most of the times it works and
people don't submit their misdirected mail again ;-)
