I've followed loosely, so I'm not sure, if user-supplied strings can appear. If you don't trust the strings, better pipe it through some Genshi's HTMLSanitizer [1], otherwise just wrap it up in Markup() [2] should be sufficient to prevent undesired escapes for the included HTML markup.
