Was this intended, or should we bring it back into doc/ (or somewhere
else)? I find it handy to have the master copy at hand without having to
dig through the SVN history (it took me quite a while to find it, as the
history isn't indexed in Google, and I didn't know where it was prior to
the deletion).
IIRC I removed it from the doc/ folder simply as it wasn't used in the
generated docs, but I'm fine with resurrecting this file of course (in
the doc/images/ folder then).
