I'm not sure how one typically comments on such proposals; should I edit the page or reply here? I'll start with the latter.

You say "Project labels should have at least short name (and maybe description) field." I think they also need enough meta-data to have history. I'm frustrated by the 0.11 implementation of milestones because if a milestone due date changes, there is no record of the old date, who changed it, when it changed, etc. I now use un-dated milestones only to gather large groups of tickets and have an "inchpebble" ticket type which is use for scheduling (via MasterTickets and the Depends On field).
