I'd like to request two things regarding i18n/l10n:
1. Remove all comments about when a feature has been added prior to 0.13,
both from wiki pages and code. It feels a bit irrelevant to read that
something is valid "(since 0.9)", "(since 0.12)" etc. In trunk, I think
it is only relevant to highlight new features introduced in 0.13.
2. New extraction after that change
